Privacy Policy

Short version: we keep what is needed to run an account and satisfy a regulator, and nothing is sold to anyone.

Why any of it is held

To settle bets and move funds. To confirm you are old enough. To satisfy anti money laundering duties. To catch fraud and duplicate accounts. To answer you when you write in. Service messages about your own account are sent regardless; marketing goes only to people who asked for it, and every one carries a way out.

What is recorded

• At sign-up: name, date of birth, email, country and password.
• At verification: the identification and address documents you send.
• As you play: deposits, withdrawals, wallet addresses, bets and bonuses.
• Automatically: IP address, device, browser and which pages you opened.

Wallet addresses sit on a public chain by their nature. We hold the link between an address and an account; the chain itself is not ours and not private.

Who else sees it

Identity checking services, game studios and hosting providers see the slice their job needs. Nothing goes to a data broker. A regulator or a court sees material only where the law compels it.

Cookies

Session cookies keep you signed in between pages. Preference cookies remember your settings. Measurement cookies tell us which parts of the site get used. Block them if you prefer, but a blocked session cookie means the login will not hold.

How long

Account and transaction history is kept for the span licensing and anti money laundering rules demand, counted from closure of the account. Correspondence lasts as long as the matter is open. Technical logs roll off quickly.

What you can require

Ask for a copy of your record. Ask for a correction. Ask for deletion where nothing legally obliges us to keep it. Refuse marketing. Freeze processing while a dispute runs. Write from your registered address to [email protected] and the answer comes inside a month.

Keeping it safe

Traffic is encrypted, passwords are stored hashed, and internal access is limited to staff who need it. No system is flawless, so use a password you use nowhere else and turn on two factor authentication.

Under 18

The site is not for minors. An underage account is closed on discovery, the deposits go back and any winnings are void.
